Department of English Education has once again demonstrated a series of lecture activities by inviting guest lecturers from partner universities. The upcoming sessions are scheduled for May 29 and June 5, 2023. The Visiting Professor Program has been specifically designed for 4th semester students enrolled in the English Material Development course.
Dr. Thi Thuy Minh Nguyen, a lecturer from University of Otago, New Zealand, has been invited as the guest speaker. The first session was well-attended, with a significant number of students filling the Zoom Meeting and YouTube live streaming platforms. It is hoped that the valuable knowledge shared by Dr. Nguyen will greatly benefit all students as they navigate their studies at the Department of English Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
