WORKSHOP ON RESEARCH CULTURE IN HIGHER EDUCATION WITH PROFESSOR SUE SHORE

Prof. Sue Shore from Charles Darwin University, Australia, was invited again but for another agenda.

Prof. Sue Shore was also the supervisor of Bu Ratih’s dissertation in Charles Darwin University.

She was invited to share her knowledge in research management in higher education level.

By learning from her shared thoughts, hopefully DEE can gradually construct meaningful research culture in the future.

Many of her thoughts were very insightful.

Hopefully we could appropriate and apply some of the knowledge she shared to DEE lecturers and other lecturers in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of UMS.

FAREWELL PARTY FOR DEE GRADUATES: MARCH 2017

This March, DEE held another farewell party for their graduates.

There were around 40 DEE students who would have graduated by this year.

Students were invited to join a gathering in one of the restaurants in Kartasura that afternoon.

Although only half of them could make it to the venue, the event was quite festive since some of them enlivened the event by showing their singing talent.

Several lecturers also came to the gathering to congratulate their students who have just finished their study.

What a warm and lovely event it was.
