EDSO (English Department Student Organization), in collaboration with DEE, held Leadership Basic Training to improve the leadership skill of EDSO members especially for the new comers. This event was held from 7-8 November, 2020. The theme of this event was “Build a Great Character to Become a Powerful Leader.”
LBT is an annual event of EDSO as the basic leadership training activity for new members of the EDSO. Since it is still in the era of pandemic, this activity was carried out internally in University following the health protocol. Susiati, M.Ed., one of the lecturers of DEE stated that as the members of EDSO, everyone has the responsibility to make a contribution for the organization.” No matter who you are, where are you from, you are family here. And as family, you have to support each other to make this organization great again”, she said.
This program was supported by previous EDSO members and assisted by GEDSO (Graduate EDSO) who were the member of EDSO, both active and graduated English students.
