Again, and again, an achievement is made by Department of English Education (DEE) student.
Annisa Larasati, a 7th semester DEE student, has just won a national level storytelling competition.
The competition, entitled English Contest 2021, was held by Singaperbangsa University Karawang. This contest consists of several branches, namely writing and reading poetry, storytelling, speech, singing, and dubbing. Anisa joined the writing and reading poetry branch. she chose this branch because she already has poetry that has written for a long time but has never been contested.
In this contest, she was asked to read an original poetry written by herself then uploaded it to her Instagram account.
Besides poetry, Anisa has interest in storytelling. She has been pursuing storytelling since middle school, starting with being asked to be a delegate for her school in every storytelling competition. Since then, she has had an interest in storytelling and has continued to develop herself.
