The Quality Assurance Center (QAC) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta has annually given appreciations to the units and departments for their performances.
The QAC selected one best department for its academic performance and one other best unit for its performance index .
In this 2022, the Department of English Education (DEE) is awarded an appreciation as the best academic performance for overall category in February 2022 which has been received by the Head of the DEE, Titis Setyabudi, S.S., MA., from the Rector of UMS, Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anif, M.Si, in the Seminar Hall of Siti Walidah Building Floor 7.
Overall category, which is the top one category of all, comprises the Three Pillars of Higher Education including Education, Research and Community Service. In few years back, the DEE has been honored the same appreciation for the same category respectively.
