On August 1, 2020, some Dee lecturers conducted Workshop: Enhancing Teachers’ Professionalism during the pandemic era. This activity was participated by English teachers of Junior High School in Indonesia. One of the topics discussed in this event was “Literary Approach to Improve Reading skill for Students of Junior High school in Pandemic Era”. As an example, it was mentioned that poem can be used as a tool for the reading source for the students. The DEE lecturers involved as speakers of this event were Yeni Prastiwi, Ph.D., Syahara Dina Amalia, M.Ed., Dr. Sumayah, M.Hum, and Rini Fatmawati, M. Pd.
