DEE and Bahasa Indonesia Department of FKIP UMS held a conference entitled The 1st International Conference on Language, Literature and Teaching “REVITALIZING LITERACY CULTURE.”
The 1st ICOLLIT was held on April 4th – 5th 2017 in Siti walidah Building, UMS.
The invited speakers were Prof. Dr. Sue Shore from Charles Darwin University, Assoc/Prof. Grace Oakley, Pangesti Wiedarti, Ph.D. from UNY, and Prof. Dr. Endang Fauziati from UMS.
Associate Professor Grace Oakley whose concern is in literacy of media, technology, visual, and so on is from Australian Literacy Educators’ Association. She delivered her speech in the second day with her paper The Development of Literacy in 21st Century.
