On September 7, 2019, Avelia Yonanda Exaputri and Fitria Noor Sugiarto Putri, two young brilliant DEE students, joined 10th The University Research Colloquium (URECOL) which is held in STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong. This year, this event took the theme “”Peran Muhammadiyah dalam Riset Sains dan Teknologi di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Menuju Ketercapaian SDG’s“.
The University Research Colloquium (URECOL) is a forum to facilitate the dissemination of the result of research and community service. It has been held since 2015 with once in every 6 months. And for this 10th, URECOL was held to provide opportunities for researchers to publish in scientific forums. This URECOL 10 was initiated by the Consortium of the LPPM Higher Education of Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah in Central Java and Yogyakarta in collaboration with STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong.
The keynote speakers of this colloquium were Prof. Dr. H. Khudzaifah Dimyati, S.H., M.Hum., Deputy Chairman of the PP Muhammadiyah Diktilitbang Council who delivered the speech “Program dan Kebijakan Muhammadiyah terhadap Riset dan Publikasi Hasil Penelitian Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah”. The second keynote speaker was Drs. H. Mohammad Agus Samsudin, M.M., Chairman of the Central MPKU PP Muhammadiyah, who deliveredthe speech about “Sinergi MPKU sebagai Bagian dari Pengabdian Masyarakat untuk Kemaslahatan Ummat”.
