Quality Assurance Agency of UMS (LJM) has regular audit program for all the study program in this university. This program is held twice in a year during odd and even semester. The purpose of this program was to maintain the quality of management system for each study program in UMS. It also aims to evaluate the implementation of activities that have been proposed by faculties, study programs, and units.
On February 26, 2021, the Quality Assurance Agency of UMS (LJM) conducted the odd semester internal audit for Department of English Education, FKIP. The audit process was conducted via online since the pandemic situation is still far from under controlled. There were two auditors from LJM involved in this process, Rois Fatoni, ST, M.Sc, Ph.D. and Susatyo Yuwono, S.Psi, Psi., M.Si. For this time, the audit process focused on four standards, which were graduate competency, learning content, learning process, and assessment standards.
The result of this audit for DEE was very satisfying. All of the indicators got the score of 4, which is the maximum point of each standard. It showed that all the members of this department had did the hard works all this year. The result also showed that DEE always try to give the best service for all the students and society.
