On August 27, 2019, DEE (Department of English Education) FKIP UMS held an online PRODIRIA (Study Orientation and Lecturer Introduction for New Students) event. This is an annual event held by the English Education Study Program, FKIP UMS which aims to welcome new students and introduce English Education study programs in general.
Mauly Halwat Hikmat, Ph.D. as the head of DEE, congratulated the students for being accepted into the English Education Study Program. It is hoped that all the new students could be actively involved in many student’s association (UKM) to improve their leadership and interpersonal capacity. The event then continued with a presentation about educational system in the English Education Department and introduction of the lecturers of DEE to the new students. This event was conducted in FKIP building, room C21-C24.
